We don't just stick to curved shapes because they look stunning in the glass. A standard cube possesses eight corners and twelve sharp edges. The Finish

Most ice is shipped in transparent plastic packaging. This makes it vulnerable to freezer burn and odor absorption, which can affect both the flavor and color of your serve.

We solved this. After the final freeze, Aurasphere pieces are packed directly into vacuum-sealed, light-proof, and re-closable pouches. This uncompromising packaging ensures that the first sphere from the pouch performs as good as the last.

We are currently building a dedicated sub-zero supply chain. Our goal is to dispatch orders from our central facility directly into a European frozen logistics network, aiming to deliver locally to your venue at a consistent -18°C.
Aurasphere is designed to be stored in your standard back-of-house walk-in freezers (-18°C to -20°C). Thanks to our sealed, lightly vacuumed 15-count pouches, the ice remains completely protected from freezer burn, odor transfer, and fusing. If your freezer allows, or if you want support via our dedicated AURASPHERE bar top freezer, setting it at -10°C helps speed up the tempering stage to make spheres ready to serve in seconds.
Like all premium clear ice, pouring room-temperature spirits directly over deep-frozen ice can cause it to crack. We recommend letting the ice rest at room temperature for a few moments until the frosty exterior becomes clear and glossy. Once glossy, it is tempered and ready to pour.
In case the temper window risks slowing down your service, you can request our optimal bar-freezer for serve-ready ice presentation.
