Who we are

Aurasphere is a pre-launch producer of jewellery ice for hospitality, based in Breda, the Netherlands. For anything related to your data, contact us at info@aurasphereice.com.

What we collect and why

When you join the launch list or contact us, we ask for:

• Venue or company name, city, and your work email address, so we can tell you when delivery opens in your area.
• Name and phone number, only if you use the contact form and want a call or WhatsApp reply.
• An optional marketing opt-in. It is unchecked by default, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
• The campaign or page that brought you to us (for example a UTM tag). This helps us understand which channels work. It is not linked to advertising profiles.

We process this data on the basis of your request to be contacted (contract preparation) and, for the optional updates, your consent.

Where it goes

Form submissions are delivered to us through two services:

• Web3Forms, which relays the form to our team mailbox.
• Supabase, a hosted database where we keep the launch list.

The site is hosted on Vercel. If you accept measurement cookies, Google receives conversion signals as described in the cookie policy. We do not sell your data and we do not share it with anyone else.

How long we keep it

Launch list entries are kept until the launch programme for your region is completed, or until you ask us to remove you, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can ask us at any time to access, correct, or delete your details, or to stop emailing you. Write to info@aurasphereice.com. You also have the right to complain to the Dutch data protection authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
