Jewellery ice, ready for service

Clear ice with a frozen halo ring at its centre, for bars, clubs, hotels, and restaurants that care what lands in the glass. Aurasphere arrives ready for service: clear, centred, neutral, and built to hold its character in the drink. We are onboarding our first trade partners ahead of launch across Western Europe.

Aurasphere clear ice with gold halo
The halo in the glass

What your guests see before the first sip.

On shift

What changes when the ice arrives ready to serve.

Ready on shift

Ready on shift

Drop it straight into the glass. No carving, no moulds, no extra station work on a busy floor.

Consistent in the glass

Consistent in the glass

Every piece carries the same halo and geometry. The serve looks the same whether it is opening or closing time.

Slow, even melt

Slow, even melt

Edge-free shapes melt more evenly than cubes or cracked block ice. The drink stays in character longer.

Guests notice

Guests notice

The frosted halo gives the glass a focal point before the first sip. The kind of detail people photograph and remember.

Formats

Match the format to the serve, then choose the halo. Each format is available across selected collections.

The everyday premium sphere

Signature 60mm Sphere

Built for rocks glasses, coupes, and most spirit-forward serves.

The rocks-glass format

The Facet

A ten-faceted 50x55mm cylinder for Old Fashioneds, Negronis, and other flat-vessel classics. The facets act as a viewing lens on the halo.

Value on the menu

We do not publish ROI spreadsheets. What we can say is simpler: Aurasphere gives venues a serve that reads as more deliberate, more memorable, and more photographable.

Jewellery ice typically sits between €1 and €3 per piece, depending on the collection, and is priced into the drink, not added as a separate charge.

Across premium drinks, guests are already trading up when the serve feels like an experience. Bacardi's trend reporting points in the same direction.

Operators usually weigh the per-piece cost against menu position, guest willingness to pay, repeat orders, and the visibility a distinctive serve creates. Read the note on ice economics.

Orders ship frozen from our facility in Breda, in sealed, light-proof pouches designed to protect the ice in transit.

Store at -18°C to -20°C. Sealed pouches keep the ice protected from odours and freezer burn between services.

Let the sphere rest briefly until the frosty exterior clears to a wet gloss. Once tempered, it is ready for a clean, quiet pour.

Bars, clubs, restaurants, and hospitality venues across Western Europe. We do not sell to retail or private consumers.
