The cooling agent
For a century, ice was something you put up with. Cloudy cubes from a machine, melting fast, sometimes carrying the taste of the tap into a drink that deserved better. Nobody looked at it twice. That was the point.

The first jewellery ice: ultra-clear ice with a frozen halo ring set in its exact centre. Guests notice it before they taste a thing. Built with, and for, the most demanding bartenders.
In luxury hospitality, almost every detail in the glass is obsessed over. The ice rarely is. It has little visual appeal and adds nothing beyond cooling itself.
Despite making up half the drink's volume and dictating the drink's evolution, it remains an anonymous commodity. This changes now.
Aurasphere introduces jewellery for the glass: a frozen signature that stays visible till the last sip.
Every Aurasphere is a slow-melting shape with an iced halo ring at the centre. It preserves the taste of your premium spirits while elevating the visual appeal of the serve.
Choose the halo and the shape to match the creation: frosted white, rose-gold shimmer, or gold at the core. Spheres and cylinders sized for rocks glasses, coupes, and flutes, so our ice suits the key components of your menu.
For a century, ice was something you put up with. Cloudy cubes from a machine, melting fast, sometimes carrying the taste of the tap into a drink that deserved better. Nobody looked at it twice. That was the point.
Then a handful of artisans got the clarity right. Bigger cubes, hand-carved spheres, a slower melt and a glass that finally looked considered. Beautiful work. Also slow to make, hard to repeat, and priced for special occasions rather than a Tuesday service.
We wanted to go one step further. A frozen halo ring, suspended in the exact centre of ultra-clear ice, made to a standard you can repeat piece after piece. The clarity is the window. The ring is the point. We call it jewellery ice.
We are still pre-launch, scaling up our production process in order to start deliveries in the Netherlands and Belgium later this year, before ramping up to surrounding markets and, perhaps one day, the whole world.
The best bartenders obsess about every part of a drink. Ice has long been the exception, due to its anonymous nature and the lack of alternatives. We recreated it to make it the optimal base of your proudest serves.
A frosted halo at the center of every piece. In the glass, it becomes the focal point of the serve before the guest takes their first sip.
The kind of detail guests remember and associate with your venue.

Smooth, edge-free shapes have no fast-melting corners. The drink cools with no dilution spike and a slower, more even melt throughout.
The serve stays in character from first sip to last.

Aurasphere ice leaves no taste, no scent, and nothing of its own in the glass.

Drop the sphere or cylinder into the glass and you are done. No carving, no moulds, no garnish station: the centrepiece is already frozen inside.
The visual signature is already in the glass, no matter who served it.

Rounded shapes are not just for looks. A standard cube has eight corners and twelve sharp edges. When spirit hits those points, they melt fast, adding a burst of water in the first minute and continuing to dilute faster than rounded geometry would.
Spheres and cylinders remove those sharp angles. Melt spreads more evenly across the surface, so the drink cools without the early dilution spike.
Consumers across Western Europe rank the same complaint first: the drink was not cold enough. In the Bacardi Cocktail Trends Report 2026, that tops the flaw list in Spain (50%), France (49%), Germany (44%), and the Netherlands (40%). A warm pour and fast-melting ice show up as the same problem in the glass: the serve loses chill and character before the guest is finished.
The slower the melt, the longer the drink stays cool and tastes the way you built it.

Ice should elevate the drink, not distract from it. Suboptimal ice melts faster, cracks under thermal stress, and often appears cloudy. It can even introduce unwanted taste elements like chlorine and chalk into your carefully crafted cocktails.
Aurasphere optimises water to the deepest molecular level before the freeze, ensuring the thermal performance is as pristine as it looks. The result is ice that remains virtually invisible in the glass. This allows your serve and our signature halo to shine, while controlling the melt to the absolute slowest degree.

Every Aurasphere carries our signature halo. This is a frozen ring set at the exact centre of every sphere.
This striking geometry turns ice, usually the one thing nobody designs, into a visual centrepiece. It is what people notice first. Available in crisp white frost, a rose-gold shimmer, or 23ct gold at the core.
Most ice is shipped in transparent plastic packaging. This makes it vulnerable to freezer burn and odour absorption, which can affect both the flavour and the colour of your serve.
We solved this. After the final freeze, Aurasphere pieces are packed directly into vacuum-sealed, light-proof, and re-closable pouches. This uncompromising packaging ensures that the first sphere from the pouch performs as well as the last.
Clear ice with a frosted halo. The full range is available to every sector we serve; Eternity 38mm is supplied on request.
