Waar Jewellery Ice Begon: Breda
Breda is onze thuisstad en onze werkplaats. Hier veranderden we jarenlang een koppig idee in jewellery ice: ultrahelder ijs met een bevroren halo-ring in het midden. Van de Grote Markt en de Havermarkt tot de zaken in 't Ginneken: dit is de eerste stad die we goed willen doen.
Aurasphere is opgebouwd op een steenworp van de Grote Kerk. We kennen de Bredase horeca: gezellig, maar serieus over kwaliteit. Het thuis goed doen telt voor ons zwaarder dan wat dan ook.
We zijn nog pre-launch en bouwen onze eerste leveringen op vanuit Breda. Lokale zaken spreken we als eerste.
In Breda kwam Aurasphere samen, na een hoop mislukte pogingen. Het zou me veel waard zijn om onze eerste glazen goed te krijgen voor de bartenders hier thuis.
