Aurasphere Nimbus in a Boulevardier

Ingredients

  • 45ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 30ml Campari

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until cold.
  2. Strain over a tempered Horizon Gem Cylinder in a double rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a wide orange peel.
The Aurasphere serve

Similar to the Negroni but with whiskey's heavier wood notes. The Horizon Cylinder provides the thermal capacity to match whiskey's proof while preventing water dilution from washing out the rich vanilla and spice notes of the bourbon.
