Ingredients

  • 45ml Bourbon or Rye Whiskey
  • 30ml Sweet Vermouth
  • 30ml Campari

Method

  1. Stir all ingredients in a mixing glass with ice until cold.
  2. Strain over a tempered The Facet in a double rocks glass.
  3. Garnish with a wide orange peel.
The Aurasphere serve

The Boulevardier carries more weight than a Negroni. The Facet cools the whiskey without washing out its vanilla and spice, and the faceted centre gives the dark red pour a deliberate focal point.
