Aurasphere Rosé Pearl in a Daiquiri

Ingredients

  • 50ml White Rum
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 15ml Rich Simple Syrup (2:1)

Method

  1. Shake ingredients vigorously with ice.
  2. Double strain into a chilled coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Gently place a tempered 40mm Eternity Sphere (Rosé Pearl) into the centre.
  4. Garnish with a lime twist.
The Aurasphere serve

A Daiquiri is balance in three ingredients. The Eternity Sphere holds the shaken temperature without adding melt-water, and the Rosé Pearl halo sets a soft contrast in the pale lime wash.
