Aurasphere Aurum Royale in a Dry Martini

Ingredients

  • 60ml London Dry Gin
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth
  • 1 Dash Orange Bitters

Method

  1. Stir gin and vermouth in a mixing glass with cracked ice until brutally cold.
  2. Strain into a frozen coupe or Nick & Nora glass.
  3. Carefully drop a single tempered 40mm Eternity Sphere (optionally from the Aurum Royale collection containing 23k gold) into the centre of the glass.
  4. Garnish with a lemon coin or a single Castelvetrano olive.
The Aurasphere serve

Served up, a Martini has nothing to keep it cold after the strain. A 40mm Eternity Sphere holds the temperature in the coupe without crowding the glass, and the halo gives the cleanest of serves a single visible centre.
