Gin · Double Rocks
Negroni
An optical anchor that stays structurally intact from first to last sip.

Ingredients
- 30ml London Dry Gin
- 30ml Sweet Vermouth
- 30ml Campari
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a mixing glass filled with solid block ice.
- Stir for 15-20 seconds to achieve thermal equilibrium and appropriate dilution.
- Place a single tempered Aurasphere Horizon Gem Cylinder into a chilled double rocks glass.
- Strain the liquid slowly over the cylinder.
- Express the oils of a fresh orange peel over the glass, trim, and place gently on top of the ice.

The chamfered, edge-free geometry of the Horizon Gem Cylinder minimizes surface friction, dramatically slowing melt speed compared to standard cubed ice. This keeps the Negroni at sub-zero temperatures for over 45 minutes, preventing the watery collapse of vermouth's delicate botanicals and Campari's signature bitterness.
