Aperol Spritz

Ingredients

  • 75ml Prosecco
  • 50ml Aperol
  • 25ml Soda Water

Method

  1. Place a tempered 60mm Rosé Pearl Sphere into a large wine glass.
  2. Pour the Prosecco first, followed by Aperol, and top with soda water.
  3. Stir gently from the bottom.
  4. Garnish with a half orange slice tucked alongside the pink-tinged sphere.
The Aurasphere serve

A spritz fades when the ice waters it down. The 60mm sphere melts slowly, keeping the prosecco crisp, and the Rosé Pearl halo picks up the orange of the Aperol without adding anything to the glass.
