Espresso Martini

Ingredients

  • 40ml Vodka
  • 20ml Coffee Liqueur
  • 30ml Fresh Espresso
  • 5ml Simple Syrup

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients vigorously with ice to create a dense, velvety crema.
  2. Double strain into a chilled coupe.
  3. Gently place a single tempered 40mm Eternity Sphere (with Aurum Royale gold flakes) into the glass.
  4. The sphere will rest at the bottom, glowing through the dark coffee liqueur.
  5. Garnish with three coffee beans on the foam.

A shaken Espresso Martini warms quickly. The Eternity Sphere keeps the drink cold at the base of the coupe without breaking the crema, and in Aurum Royale the gold halo glows through the dark coffee.
