Champagne Cocktail

Ingredients
- 1 Sugar Cube
- 3 Dashes Angostura Bitters
- 15ml Cognac
- Top with Brut Champagne
Method
- Place a sugar cube on a napkin, saturate with bitters, and drop into the bottom of a flute or coupe.
- Add cognac, then carefully drop a tempered 38mm Eternity Sphere (Aurum Royale) inside.
- Slowly fill with chilled Champagne.
- Garnish with a lemon twist.
The Aurasphere serve
The sugar cube creates a continuous stream of bubbles that cascade around the Eternity Sphere. The 23-karat gold leaf flakes of the Aurum Royale sphere swirl with the rising carbonation, creating a visual showpiece.
