A clear dome rising from a pale-green wash, salt at the rim.

Aurasphere Nimbus in a Margarita

Ingredients

  • 50ml Blanco Tequila (100% Agave)
  • 20ml Cointreau or Triple Sec
  • 25ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 5ml Agave Nectar

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with block ice until outer shaker frosts.
  2. Fine strain into a rocks glass (optionally half-rimmed with sea salt) over a tempered 60mm Signature Sphere.
  3. Garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
The Aurasphere serve

A high-acid drink runs through poor ice quickly. The dense 60mm sphere holds its shape against the citrus, keeping the agave profile and lime brightness in place for the length of the serve.
