Aurasphere Rosé Pearl in a Paloma

Ingredients

  • 50ml Reposado Tequila
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 100ml Grapefruit Soda
  • Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Combine tequila, lime, and salt in a shaker and shake briefly with ice.
  2. Strain into a salt-rimmed highball glass over a tempered 60mm Rosé Pearl Sphere.
  3. Top with grapefruit soda.
  4. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.
The Aurasphere serve

Grapefruit soda needs its carbonation to cut through the agave. The sphere keeps the highball cold and lively, and the Rosé Pearl blush mirrors the pink of the grapefruit.
