Ingredients

  • 50ml Reposado Tequila
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 100ml Grapefruit Soda
  • Pinch of Salt

Method

  1. Combine tequila, lime, and salt in a shaker and shake briefly with ice.
  2. Strain into a salt-rimmed highball glass over a tempered 60mm Rosé Pearl Sphere.
  3. Top with grapefruit soda.
  4. Garnish with a fresh grapefruit wedge.

Tequila and grapefruit require high carbonation to cut through the agave sugars. The Signature Sphere keeps the highball carbonated and cold, while the pink blush of the Rosé Pearl collection mirrors the natural color of pink grapefruit.
