Gin · Highball or Copa
Gin & Tonic
Fine bubbles gliding over a clear orb with a frosted ring at its heart.
Ingredients
- 50ml Gin
- 120ml Tonic Water
- Garnish: Citrus wheel or fresh botanicals
Method
- Place a single tempered Aurasphere 60mm Signature Sphere into a chilled Copa or highball glass.
- Pour the gin over the sphere.
- Slowly pour the tonic water down the inside of the glass or along a bar spoon to preserve carbonation.
- Stir once gently to integrate.
- Garnish with a thin grapefruit slice or lime wheel tucked along the sphere's side.
The Aurasphere serve
A tall serve benefits from ice that protects carbonation. Bubbles glide over the edge-free sphere instead of breaking on rough ice, so the tonic stays lively and the serve stays cold.
