Aurasphere Nimbus in a Tom Collins

Ingredients

  • 50ml Old Tom or London Dry Gin
  • 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Top with Soda Water

Method

  1. Combine gin, lemon, and syrup in a highball glass over a tempered Horizon Gem Cylinder.
  2. Stir gently, top with soda water, and stir once more.
  3. Garnish with a lemon wheel and brandied cherry.
The Aurasphere serve

Highball serves need vertical chilling. The Horizon Cylinder stands tall in the glass, ensuring a uniform temperature from the top of the straw to the bottom, while its lack of edges keeps the soda water sparkling for longer.
