Gin · Highball
Tom Collins
Bright citrus tension over a tall, cold column of ice.
Ingredients
- 50ml Old Tom or London Dry Gin
- 25ml Fresh Lemon Juice
- 15ml Simple Syrup
- Top with Soda Water
Method
- Combine gin, lemon, and syrup in a highball glass over a tempered High Bar.
- Stir gently, top with soda water, and stir once more.
- Garnish with a lemon wheel and brandied cherry.
