A gold-centred sphere in a sugar-rimmed pool of amber.

Aurasphere Aurum Royale in a Sidecar

Ingredients

  • 50ml Cognac
  • 20ml Cointreau (Triple Sec)
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed coupe.
  2. Gently add a tempered 40mm Eternity Sphere (Aurum Royale) to the centre.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
The Aurasphere serve

A Sidecar warms fast, and the sugar rim suffers for it. The Eternity Sphere holds the temperature in the coupe, and in Aurum Royale the halo matches the amber of the cognac.
