Aurasphere Aurum Royale in a Sidecar

Ingredients

  • 50ml Cognac
  • 20ml Cointreau (Triple Sec)
  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice

Method

  1. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a sugar-rimmed coupe.
  2. Gently add a tempered 38mm Eternity Sphere (Aurum Royale) to the centre.
  3. Garnish with an orange twist.
The Aurasphere serve

The Sidecar's sugar rim can become sticky and dissolve if the cocktail dilutes and rises. The Eternity Sphere holds the drink cold, preventing rapid temperature rises and premature melting, while the gold flakes match the rich cognac gold.
