Ingredients

  • 50ml Vodka
  • 15ml Fresh Lime Juice
  • 120ml Ginger Beer

Method

  1. Place a 60mm Signature Sphere into a copper mug or rocks glass.
  2. Add vodka and lime juice, then pour ginger beer slowly to preserve fizz.
  3. Garnish with a lime wheel and fresh mint sprig.
The Aurasphere serve

Crushed ice melts in minutes and flattens the ginger. The 60mm sphere chills the mug fast and keeps the heat and carbonation where they belong, deep into the serve.
